The Crispy Baja Fish tacos feature fried fish topped with chipotle crema, shaved cilantro cabbage and pineapple salsa, Lime Steak tacos are grilled garlic-lime steak covered with avocado crema, shaved cilantro cabbage, pico de gallo and cotija cheese, and the Jerk Chicken tacos are crispy jerk chicken topped with MoreFire! hot sauce, shaved cilantro cabbage, pineapple salsa and cotija cheese. The new menu items include three street tacos - Crispy Baja Fish, Lime Steak, and Jerk Chicken - as well as Philly Cheesesteak Flautas and the Bangin' Chicken Tostadas, which are a variation on buffalo chicken and are an existing dish on the Tijuana Flats menu. Tijuana Flats, the fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant with nearly 10 locations in Jacksonville, announced the addition of a "Flat Outrageous" section to its menu.
